Dr. Delaram Mirzania is a comprehensive ophthalmologist and surgeon committed to providing exceptional eye care including the treatment of cataracts, glaucoma, dry eye, and diabetic retinopathy. She performs cataract surgery, minimally invasive glaucoma surgery (MIGS), and laser procedures, offering advanced, individualized care tailored to each patient’s needs.
Dr. Mirzania earned her medical degree from Duke University School of Medicine and completed her ophthalmology residency at the University of Michigan’s prestigious Kellogg Eye Center, where she was selected to serve as Chief Resident. She was recognized nationally with the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery (ASCRS) Resident Excellence Award, honoring the top ten ophthalmology residents in the United States each year. During her training at the University of Michigan, she received the George Slocum Resident Research Award and the Paul R. Walker Resident Teaching Award for excellence in research and education.
